What it’s like being a Speak & Swallow Speech Pathologist:
If you’re looking for a new speech pathology job where you’ll be able to focus on supporting adults and adolescents across all domains of speech pathology, you’ve come to the right place.
Speak & Swallow is based in Burpengary East, Brisbane, with the speech pathology team enjoying a balance of in-clinic and mobile speech therapy sessions. That includes the option of work-from-home time to complete admin, as well as access to your very own company car, work phone, and laptop – in short, you’ll be set up with everything you need to do well as a mobile speech pathologist.
If you’re a new graduate, you’re welcome to apply for a role with us! We’ve mentored many new graduate clinicians over the years and helped them to build a caseload that is truly fulfilling. With us, you’ll be able to make a lasting impact on the lives of your clients and their families. You’ll engage in frequent supervision sessions with an experienced speech pathologist who’ll be able to guide you through all aspects of speech pathology practices as you build your clinical confidence in your first year out of university.
No matter your experience level, there’s always more to learn in speech pathology. We understand the dynamic nature of our field – that’s why we carve out time for our monthly full-day professional development sessions with the whole team. This is an opportunity to grow your skills, learn from others within the team, discover the latest best practice approaches, and expand your understanding of all of the range of practice areas in speech pathology.
